This is the first time I required any replacement parts for my Hydrofloss. I purchased my Hydrofloss in the early 1980's directly from Hydrofloss. I have used it daily until the pump finally failed a couple of weeks ago. The new pump was very easy to install and works perfectly. Thanks for maintaining parts availability and video installation instructions for this outstanding product!

Video was helpful for overall technique. Script or voice to mention a #2 Phillips would be good -- #1 Phillips does not work. A starting point mark on the pump corresponding to #9 Pressure mark would be smart, as I had to take the completed flosser apart 3x to get the pressure range set up satisfactorily.
The new piston pump is a lot less powerful than the one I removed. I did make sure the gear was all the way to the right when I relaced the pump and switch.
quality issues with the Chinese? Always!
