Replacement

I felt the hydro floss needed new rubber gasket but that did not fix it. I replaced the applicator also and still no pressure. I would appreciate any information on how to restore this unit so I can continue to use it

Didn’t work

The new kit didn’t fix the problem. I ordered your HydroFloss Machine on Amazon. It will arrive today. I couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong, so I just ordered a new one.

leaked after many years

Replaced the external o-ring with one from the kit...opened it up and cleaned the smaller internal o-ring....and no more leaks!!...

Good as new

Replacement o-ring and tank water valve had failed after more than 7 years. Parts were easy to install. My only complaint is that I think the shipping cost was excessive.
