leaked after many years

Replaced the external o-ring with one from the kit...opened it up and cleaned the smaller internal o-ring....and no more leaks!!...

Good as new

Replacement o-ring and tank water valve had failed after more than 7 years. Parts were easy to install. My only complaint is that I think the shipping cost was excessive.

Love replacement parts

I had ordered a new flosser from Amazon and then thought to check Hydro Floss website and saw they had replacement parts. The parts came with 2 sets which is awesome. They were easy to install and worked perfect! So instead of spending over $100 for replacement and adding trash to our environment, I was able to get parts for less then $10.
