Prefer Not to Repair It Yourself?

Yes, We Still Repair Hydro Floss Units.

Not everyone wants to take apart an appliance—and you should not have to. Our service department can evaluate and repair eligible Hydro Floss units for customers who prefer professional assistance.

Before Requesting Repair

A few simple checks may solve the problem or help our team assist you more quickly.

  • Confirm that the unit is connected to a working electrical outlet.
  • Make sure the reservoir is seated correctly.
  • Check that the reservoir plug and O-ring are present and properly positioned.
  • Inspect the hose and handle for visible damage or leaking.
  • Clean the unit according to the recommended maintenance instructions.
  • Note any unusual sound, leaking, reduced pressure, or loss of water flow.
  • Be sure water is not stored in the reservoir. Empty the reservoir after each use.
  • Locate your order information or proof of purchase, if available.
