Hose & Handle (Replacement)

A little louder than old one and just a tad less force but i guess but I guess that is the new way of the world. Over all still like the Hydro floss product.

I didn’t find the online video to be particularly helpful because there weren’t any verbal instructions explaining what was happening in the video. Thus, I had to take the Hydrofloss apart a few times, and it still didn’t work. I called the repair department and Jeff gave me verbal instructions to correct the problem I described, and after that, I had immediate success! May I humbly suggest that you make a new video with voice instructions as well, also a video to provide troubleshooting for various issues. Thank you, and thanks to Jeff!

Worked fine just like the repair video. Parts fit perfect.

Water flow is perfect

New retainer for hose not included. Very difficult to install old retainer. had to heat retainer and hose under really hot water so it would fit over barb.
Be careful with orientation of flow regulator. had to disassemble twice to rotate knob to correct position

New hose and handle work fine.
