Exactly what was advertised. While installing it I discovered a whole new unit. Without hesitation I ordered a new one that day. Love my hydro floss.

I finally received my hose and handle after a couple weeks. Apparently, my order suffered a delay due to the postal service. When I finally got it I installed it immediately as my old hose developed a hole and was squirting everywhere. (I put a bag around the hose to contain the spray). Installation was straightforward and simple. I did have a problem with installing the pressure dial as it wouldn't turn for me while I had it apart. Finally, I just put everything back together, and the dial turned for me when fully assembled. I'm very happy that I was able to repair my Hydrofloss vs. having to buy a new unit.
