It was great
My house had developed a crack after many many years of use. I ordered the new handle and hose and watch the video and quickly replaced it and it's now functioning perfectly thank you
I followed the video instructions to replace a bad hose but could not get any pressure afterwards. Not sure what I did wrong, but I probably should have fixed the leaky hose with duct tape instead!
Patent needed for installation. I believe the screws holding the two sections together do not have a mounted bolt in the bottom but simply screw into plastic case. Also, you must be very careful with the two knobs—especially the knob which controls the water pressure in the pic. Mark everything so you can return in same position. Otherwise, it is great. I had a good experience and the new handle is very good—holds the heads on very well.
