Warranty Repair or Replacement

Warranty Replacement

If your Hydro Floss® fails during the first thirty days after the purchase date due to a manufacturer defect, the product will be replaced; no questions asked. After that time the defective product must be sent to Oral Care Technologies, Inc. postage prepaid, to the address given below, for repair.  You do not need a return authorization or the original packaging in order to send the Hydro Floss® in for replacement or warranty repair.   

 

Warranty Repair

To have your Hydro Floss® replaced or repaired under the terms of the one year or extended warranty, send it, postage prepaid, to the address given below.   Be sure to include a letter giving a description of the problem, your return shipping address, and a daytime telephone number. If you provide an email address you will receive tracking information for your return shipment.  A dated proof of purchase is required and must be sent in with the Hydro Floss®.  You do not need a return authorization or the original packaging in order to send the Hydro Floss® in for warranty repair.  

 Warranty Expired? 

Your Hydro Floss® can be repaired even if the warranty has expired.  Send it, postage prepaid, to the address given below.  Be sure to include a letter giving a description of the problem, your return shipping address, and a daytime telephone number. If you provide an email address you will receive tracking information for your return shipment. Most repairs are less than $35.00.  You do not need a return authorization or the original packaging in order to send the Hydro Floss® in for repair.  

Older model Hydro Floss not working?

Our Service Department can repair any model Hydro Floss®.  Send it, postage prepaid, to the address given below.   Be sure to include a letter giving a description of the problem, your return shipping address, and a daytime telephone number. If you provide an email address you will receive tracking information for your return shipment. Most repairs are less than $35.00.  You do not need a return authorization or the original packaging in order to send the Hydro Floss® in for repair.  

Trade In Program 

We have a trade in program where you can trade in your older model Hydro Floss® for the newest model available.  The total cost for a new Hydro Floss® with this program is $84.95 which includes shipping.  Simply cut the hose into near the base of the handle of your existing Hydro Floss® and mail the handle to us at the address below with a letter explaining that you would like to order a new Hydro Floss® through the trade in program.  Be sure to provide your shipping address and a daytime telephone number so that we may contact you for credit card payment or you may include a check for $84.95 made payable to Oral Care Technologies, Inc.  If an email address is provided you will receive tracking information for your shipment.
