SERVICE REPAIR & RETURN POLICY
Most repairs cost less than $30.00.
Have an older out-of-warranty unit? Be sure to ask about our Trade-In Special.
The Hydro Floss? oral irrigator is covered for one year
under the terms of the factory warranty that guarantees the repair or
replacement of the product for failures due to a manufacturers defect. If,
however, during the first thirty days, after the sale, the product fails
due to a manufacturer defect, the product is replaced, no questions asked. After that time the defective product must be sent directly for
repair to the Hydro Floss? service center at:

Each product returned for replacement after thirty days
of the sale is subject to a replacement charge. The option to extend the
warranty for two additional years on the Hydro Floss? oral
irrigator is available for only $ 27.50.

Be sure to include a letter stating the nature of the problem and
be sure to include a return address and a phone number. We will return
your irrigator via UPS or US Mail within five to seven working days.
We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex.
All units are covered one year from the date of purchase on any
factory defects. We will repair the irrigator at no charge up to that
one-year date. You must show a purchase receipt
with the date of purchase and the doctors? name that you purchased the
irrigator from to receive warranty coverage.
However, a melted hose, dropped unit, or any other mishap that is
not a factory defect is not covered under warranty and you will be
charged for the service.

Clean irrigator with warm water and 1/4 cup vinegar

Try lubricating the black O-ring on the bottom of the reservoir (water tank) where the nozzle comes out. You can put a small amount of olive or vegetable oil on your fingertip and carefully rub it around the O-ring. Make sure your reservoir is then pushed all the way down and seated properly on the base.

Take tip out of handle to see if water is coming out of the end
of the handle. If it is not? you may have a defective pump and
piston.
The charge to replace the pump and piston is $26.00. This inlcudes parts, shipping and labor.

Press reset button on outlet and make sure outlet is working
properly.
If it is you may have a defective motor and/or switch. The charge to replace to motor and/or switch is $34.50.
